On August 1 we had a $2,000-$3,000 price increase across our model line. And in case you missed it last month, Valley real estate experts are calling for 5%-8% appreciation in new home prices during the next two years. That could translate into increases of between $23,000 to almost $50,000 in our home prices by end of 2019…if their predictions hold true.
Historically, during the last four years our prices have increased by $17,000, $6,000, $4,000 and $13,000 respectively. That said, I just checked the internet to confirm that Sun City Festival STILL has one of the lowest costs per square foot among competitive builders in Arizona. Our overall value continues to help us outsell the competition. I hope you can use some of this information to motivate your clients into a purchase decision!
In August, management is continuing to offer new home buyers $15,000 is design center incentives and cash-buyer or closing cost incentives (for using Pulte Mortgage) of between $4,300 to $5,900, depending on the floor plan selected. And as you will also see, our inventory home list is down to just six listings with savings of about $22,000 once all of the incentives are included.
