Boy have things picked up since the election…21 sales in December and 18 in January signals some renewed interest in home buying among the 55+ crowd! I hope you’re seeing the same results.
February Incentives – We still have our $15,000 Design Center credit and 2% of the home’s base price as a cash buyer discount or closing cost incentive if your buyer uses Pulte Mortgage (which 99% of my buyers do.)
Inventory Homes – At this writing we have 10 inventory/spec homes (list attached) with savings of between $21,000 and $30,000 once all of the incentives are factored in. We have also lowered the pricing on our Discovery Program Villa, eight of which are now for sale. They now start at $219,990 and go up to $239,990 for a two-bedroom, two-bath, plus den floor plan with 1,494 sq. ft. AND views of the White Tank Mountains.
Ken’s Tip of the Month – Don’t let the drive scare you! People visiting Sun City Festival for the first time raise the question of access to the things they need. Truth is we are only 12-15 minutes from several grocery stores and 12-20 minutes from 25 different restaurants and shopping. Plus we are marketing our on-site 16-acre commercial parcel to grocers and a new regional mall and super center is planned just 15 minutes from Festival. And for medical, we have on-site EMTs who can probably get to Del Webb Memorial Hospital in less than 15 minutes. My wife and I don’t think twice about the drive anymore, in fact, we enjoy the always changing vistas and mountains.
